To the Honorable City Council:

I respectfully request an appropriation of $150,000.00 from the  Salary & Wage Stabilization Fund to the Police Department - Personal Services - Other Lump Sum Benefits Account, for the purpose of settling the FLSA pending case: McGrath, et al. v. City of Somerville, United States District Court No. 1:17-cv-10979-FDS.
