That the Chief of Police enforce the NO BIKING ON SIDEWALK ordinance throughout the city, especially within business districts, and attend the next Public Health and Public Safety Committee meeting to report on the number of citations/tickets issued for violations of said ordinance, since its inception, and to discuss bicycle safety education and enforcement issues.
