To the Honorable City Council:

I respectfully request that your Honorable City Council approve the conservation restriction for the 5 Palmer parcel. This restriction was developed in conjunction with the Executive Office of Energy and Environmental Affairs and is required by Community Preservation Act as CPA funds were used for the purchase of the land. Groundwork Somerville will hold the restriction.

My staff will be available to address any questions you may have. Thank you for your consideration of this item.
