That the Commissioner of Public Works repair or replace the street lamps in the following locations: Powderhouse Park, College Avenue to Powderhouse Terrace path - (second lamp from sidewalk and behind the field house), Winter Street and College Avenue, Davis Square Plaza, College Avenue and Highland Avenue, Elm Street - in front of Mike's Restaurant, and Broadway and College Avenue.
