Proposed Inclusionary Housing Zoning Ordinance #200102 is hereby amended to include the following language:
“10. This Ordinance shall not apply to property in the Assembly Square Mixed-Use District for which a Planned Unit Development Preliminary Plan and/or Special Permit with Site Plan Review-A has been approved by the Somerville Planning Board prior to the enactment of this Ordinance.”
