That the Director of Traffic and Parking and the City Solicitor review the Basil Tree agreement regarding the overnight parking of vans in the Magoun Square CVS parking lot, keeping in mind the Public Utilities and Public Works Committee’s recommendation that The Basil Tree vehicles be removed from the lot during a snow emergency to allow for the proper removal of snow from the lot.
