That the Executive Director of the Office of Strategic Planning and Community Development, (Planning and ISD) report to this Board on enforcement of the pervious surfaces ordinances, passed by this Board in 2012, and consider developing a plan to provide incentives to homeowners and other private property owners to reduce the amount of concrete and asphalt covering their properties and replace them with pervious surfaces.
