To the Honorable City Council:
The Mayor respectfully requests that this Council approve the transfer of $5,777.00 from Police Overtime Account to the Grant Match Account for the FY25 Shannon Grant match requirement.
The grant, including notification of the match amount, was approved by this Council on March 13, 2025 as item 25-0283. The grant match transfer was approved for FY25 with FN#25-0666 on May 22, 2025; however, the funds ended up not being needed until FY26 (the grants period of performance overlaps both FY25 and FY26).
