To the Honorable Board:

I hereby submit, subject to the approval of your Honorable Board, an appropriation in the amount of $882,893 to fund the Fiscal year 2018 Veterans Memorial & Founders Ice Rink Enterprise Fund Budget. The appropriation is broken down into the attached Personal Services, Ordinary Maintenance, and Debt Service Accounts. Program revenue in the amount of $673,200 will be raised to fund the proposed budget. In addition, an amount of $199,000 will also be raised from the tax levy to support the Enterprise Fund Budget and FY2017 Retained Earnings in the amount of $10,693 will also be appropriated to meet the needs of the FY2018 Enterprise Fund Budget.
