To the Honorable City Council:
The Mayor respectfully requests that this Council approve
1) the grant of an easement from 74 M Property Owner, LLC, (the “Developer”) to the City for a neighborhood park civic space easement on property shown as “0 Middlesex Avenue” on the easement plan, said park to be dedicated to public use in perpetuity; and
2) the grant of a maintenance easement to the Developer in order to maintain the neighborhood park civic space on property shown as “0 Middlesex Avenue” on the easement plan; and
3) the grant of a license to maintain hardscape improvements located in a portion of the City’s Kensington Ave right of way shown as the “licensed area” on the plan that will also be used for emergency access to the park.
