That the Executive Director of the Office of Strategic Planning and Community Development (Transportation and Infrastructure) install, as soon as possible, physical traffic calming infrastructure on Morrison Avenue, such as a speed bump, between Cedar Street and Willow Avenue,  to protect the safety of pedestrians crossing Morrison Avenue, and especially at the intersection of Morrison Avenue and Highland Road, where many children and parents cross to Lexington Park and the Community Path.
