To the Honorable Board:

I respectfully convey to this Board the attached Host Community Agreement between the City of Somerville and NSTAR Electric Company d/b/a Eversource Energy to provide mitigation to the City of Somerville for the impacts of Eversource's proposed 115-kilovolt underground transmission line project.
