To the Honorable Board:

I hereby re-appoint, subject to your Honorable Board's approval, Michael Flynn as a member of the Board of Assessors.  Mr. Flynn has served on the Board for ten years and his commercial expertise and knowledge of Appellate Tax Board procedures and tendencies have been a great benefit to the Board.  Mr. Flynn's current term will expire at the end of September 2017.
