To the Honorable Board of Aldermen:

I respectfully request that your Honorable Board vote to create the Alpine Restaurant Stabilization Fund and accept ($2,500), under the provisions of Massachusetts General Law Chapter 40, Section 5B.  This mitigation payment will be used for pedestrian and bicycle safety measures, such as pavement markings.
