To the Honorable Board:

I respectfully request that your Honorable Board vote to create the 0 Elmwood Stabilization Fund and accept $25,000 for the Fund, under the provisions of MGL 40, Section 5B. This Fund will be used for streetscape improvements in accordance with condition # 20 of ZBA Case # 2016-11.
