That the Executive Director of the Office of Strategic Planning and Community Development (Transportation and Infrastructure), or the appropriate department, make Morrison Avenue, between Cedar Street and Willow Avenue, a 20 MPH speed zone as Lexington Park and the Community Path entrance are at the end of Highland Road and vehicles go above the current 25 mph speed limit on that part of Morrison Avenue.
