That the Executive Director of the Office of Strategic Planning and Community Development provide, by April 18, 2017, an assessment of whether Assembly Square development by Federal Realty is in full compliance with the PUD, with the intent of the Ordinance, and being developed in a manner at or exceeding the level of compliance effective at the time of the PUD preliminary master plan approval, and provide details of any non-compliance issues and the manner to which they are incomplete.
