To the Honorable City Council:

 

The Mayor respectfully requests that this Council approve the supplemental appropriation of $940,000 from the tax levy to the attached Personal Services Accounts in the Fire Department, for the purpose of funding a collective bargaining Agreement with the Firefighters Local 76. The appropriation funds the period October 27, 2024-June 30, 2025.  An appropriation funding the retroactive period of the Agreement will be submitted at a subsequent meeting.
