That the Administration report to this Council regarding whether the city maintains, or can establish, a process to identify vendors that materially support United States Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) through:
• contracts
• services, or
• technologies,
and which, if any, such vendors the city currently does business with, including:
• the nature of the contracts
• term
• renewal dates, and
• any available options for non-renewal or replacement consistent with applicable procurement requirements.
