That the Director of Recreation report to this Board on the use of athletic fields by organizations based outside of Somerville, the amount of revenue received in FY 2015 from the top five organizations from outside of the City that use our fields, and respond to the claim by some youth sports leaders that Somerville youth organizations’ access to our fields is restricted due to use by outside organizations.
