That the Director of Strategic Planning and Community Development (Planning and Economic Development) work with this Board to create overlay district(s) and/or other policies governing Somerville's "Opportunity Zones," in order to maximize community benefits generated by developments in these areas, including increased affordable housing, public green space, sustainable building practices, and dignified-wage jobs.
