To the Honorable City Council:
The Mayor respectfully requests that this Council convene in Executive Session per G. L. c. 30A, Section 21(a)(6), to discuss available tools and potential strategies to attract tenants to fill the vacant life science space in the City of Somerville. Discussion in open session may have a detrimental effect on the bargaining position of the City of Somerville.
Appropriate staff will be available to address any questions you may have. Thank you for your consideration of this item.
