That the Executive Director of the Office of Strategic Planning and Community Development (ISD) perform rodent baiting in the area of Orchard Street and Cottage Avenue; AND BE IT FURTHER ORDERED That the Commissioner of Public Works pave the area behind 240 Elm Street to prevent rodents from nesting in this area and infesting the neighborhood.
