To the Honorable City Council:

I respectfully request a supplemental appropriation of $138,281 to various accounts in the Elections department for the purpose of funding in-person early voting for the upcoming elections in September and November. A summary and detail report is attached for your consideration. Accounts include Salaries/Wages Temporary, Printing & Stationery, Advertising, Professional & Technical Services, Postage, Office Equipment, and Overtime.
