To the Honorable City Council:
The Mayor respectfully requests that this Council approve the Arts Council entering into a five-year lease, with option for renewal, with Bwb-Square LLC for the Nibble Community Kitchen program at Bow Market, 337 Somerville Ave. The lease will be for an initial five-year term, including one renewal term for an additional three years, per the RFP #26-31 price proposal and draft lease. A copy of the lease and price proposal are attached within this request.
Appropriate staff will be available to answer any questions you may have. Thank you for your consideration of this matter.
