To the Honorable City Council:

I hereby request that the Council adopt the Order of Taking in order to acquire a property located at 217 Somerville Avenue. The acquisition will provide a public park and open space to one of the most densely populated portions of the city.

My staff will be available to answer any questions you may have. Thank you for your consideration of this matter.
