To the Honorable Board:

 

I respectfully request an appropriation in the amount of five hundred thousand dollars ($500,000.00) from Receipts Reserved for Appropriation - Insurance Losses (Fund 3204) to the following accounts to pay expenses related to the July 10, 2010 Flood.

 

Fund 5059- DPW Flood Costs - $395,635

Fund 5056- Police Flood Costs- $ 60,365

Fund 5057- Fire Flood Costs -    $ 44,000
