To the Honorable City Council:
The Mayor respectfully requests approval to endorse the 90 Washington Street Civic Advisory Committee’s recommendation of Wood Partners and North River Leerink Manager LLC as the two finalists in the 90 Washington Street Request for Proposals (RFP) process and to authorize Councilor Ben Wheeler and Senior Planner Ben Demers to convey its recommendations regarding each of the two proposals to the Somerville Redevelopment Authority for a final vote.
A memo summarizing the review process for RFP responses and a memo summarizing the feedback of the 90 Washington Street Civic Advisory Committee have been shared with this item.
