I respectfully request that your Honorable Board vote to create the Rockwell Restaurant Group Stabilization Fund and accept ($9,015.00), under the provisions of Massachusetts General Law Chapter 40, Section 5B.  This mitigation payment will be used to purchase a multi-spaced parking meter.
