Dear Honorable Board:

In 2011, the MassDOT and the City of Somerville entered into agreement 71010 for non-participating items related to the construction of the new East Broadway Streetscape. A copy of this agreement is attached for your reference. At this time, I request your approval, in accordance with §2-369 of the Somerville Code, to extend Contract #08-097 to December 2015.
