That the city's Storm Water Management Policy regarding Inflow and Infiltration (the "I/I Policy") be amended to remove the 2,000 GPD threshold and require a 4:1 (or other ratio as this Board deems appropriate) removal of infiltration and/or inflow for any new sanitary sewer connection, as well as any increase in unit count or other improvements to a property, together with any other changes designed to shift the burden of increased storm water and sanitary flow off of the taxpayers.
