That the Executive Director of the Mayor's Office of Strategic Planning and Community Development contact the Massachusetts Department of Transportation to request that representatives be present at a community meeting:

•                     to discuss the construction on the School Street, Medford Street and Ball Square bridges,

•                     to inform this Board why these projects are taking longer to complete than anticipated and

•                     to explain why residents along Medford Street were given only a ten hour notice of a parking ban on Medford Street, to be in force until further notice.
