The Mayor respectfully requests that this Council approve a contract extension with Greenberg Traurig LLP for contract #190293 for an additional 2 years and $300,000. The new expiration date will be 6/30/2024. The extension will cover the ongoing litigation costs related to the 90 Washington Eminent Domain taking.
