To the Honorable City Council:

I am requesting immediate consideration to appear with the City Solicitor before the City Council in executive session per G. L. c. 30A, section 21(a)(3), to discuss options related to the recent arbitrator’s decision involving the SPEA on June 4, 2021.  Discussion of this matter in open session may have a detrimental effect on the litigating strategy or negotiating position of the City of Somerville.
