The Mayor respectfully requests that this Council approve the appropriation of $2,502,191 from the Receipts Reserved for Appropriation, Parking Meter Receipts Account, for the purpose of reducing the FY2024 Tax Rate.

This appropriation is required for the FY2024 Tax Recapitulation Sheet Filing to the Massachusetts Department of Revenue for approval of the FY2024 Tax Rate.
