That the Executive Director of the Office of Strategic Planning and Community Development (Transportation and Infrastructure) use the $220,000 in traffic mitigation funds paid by Maxwell’s Green in 2011 now for traffic calming on the hill on Lowell Street between Highland Avenue and  Albion Street by constructing a traffic-calming table at the Albion Street crosswalk.
