Dear Honorable Board Members:

I respectfully request an appropriation in the amount of twelve thousand dollars ($12,000.00) from the Capital Projects Stabilization Fund (Fund 7500) for the renovation of the Fleet Maintenance Garage located at the Department of Public Works Facility to increase the ability to maintain all City owned vehicles.
