To the Honorable Board:

I respectfully request that your Honorable Board vote to approve an appropriation request of $200,000 from the Capital Projects Stabilization Fund to procure consultant services for elements of a Citywide Mobility Plan.

The Mobility Plan will be employed to guide the planning, design, renovation, and expansion of the city’s transportation-related infrastructure improvements including; streets, walkways, signage, bike paths, parking facilities and connections to public transit, state highways, waterways and access to marine and air facilities.
