To the Honorable Board:

I respectfully request that your Honorable Board vote to authorize the establishment of the Library Consolidated Gift Account under the provisions of Massachusetts General Law Chapter 44, Section 53A.

This account will be the accounting entity that accepts gifts and donations to support the programming of the libraries.
