That the Executive Director of the Office of Strategic Planning and Community Development (ISD) contact the Cambridge Health Alliance regarding the damage to the parking lot at Summer and Spring Streets that is causing structural damage to abutters, particularly on Harvard Place, and ascertain what steps CHA intends take to mitigate the situation.  (Photos attached)
