That the Executive Director of the Office of Strategic Planning and Community Development (ISD) direct the management of Walgreen's, at 26 Beacon Street, to clean the periphery of the establishment and to remove the trash barrel from the private property at 28 Beacon Street; AND BE IT FURTHER ORDERED That this business be cited for all health code violations.
