The Mayor respectfully requests that this Council appropriate $100,000 from Water Enterprise Fund  Retained Earnings as certified as of July 1, 2024 for the purpose of satisfying a court judgment in the matter of Highland CBD v. City of Somerville.

An explanatory memo from Deputy City Solicitor, David Shapiro, is attached.
