That the Superintendent of Inspectional  Services review any and all violations, including but not limited to, city ordinances, building codes, fire prevention, additional bedrooms, unsafe egress, unauthorized exterior building alteration, unauthorized removal of ISD issued stop work orders (3), unauthorized removal of unsafe building notices (1), and other city and state fire and/or building code violations for the property located at 15, 17, 19 Henderson Street, Somerville, and report back to this Board’s Committee on Public Health and Public Safety, any recommended remedies and/or corrective legal  actions necessary to ensure the health and safety of the immediate neighborhood.
