To the Honorable Board:

I respectfully request that your honorable Board approve a time-only extension to the contract with D&R General Contracting for the 2015 Street Resurfacing Project to 30 April 2019. Previously unidentified Eversource gas main replacement work delayed the initiation of the paving project.

My staff will be available to answer any questions you may have. Thank your for your consideration of this item.
