To the Honorable Board:

 

I respectfully request that approve the following temporary and permanent easements for the

new section of the Community Path from Cedar St to Lowell St. The easements are as follows:

 

•                     1 temporary easement at VNA Lowell Street LP, 259 Lowell Street

•                     1 temporary easement at David R. and Arnold M. Leibovitz Trust, 13 Warwick Street

•                     2 temporary easement at PMD Group LLC, 2-4 Alpine St.

•                     2 temporary easement at Residences at Maxwells Green, 61 Clyde Street

•                     1 easement at Royal White Environmental Services, Inc. 165 Cedar Street

•                     1 temporary easement at MBTA c/o TRA, 77 Franklin St. 9th Floor, Boston  (no street address for this particular parcel)

•                     1 permanent easement at MBTA c/o TRA, 77 Franklin St. 9th Floor, Boston  (no street address for this particular parcel)

 

Copies of this listing of addresses as well as survey of each property are attached. I therefore respectfully request that the Board of Aldermen vote favorably on the grant of these easements.  Anne Thomas in the Law Department will be available to respond to any questions.
