To the Honorable Board:

I am submitting to your Honorable Board this amendment to clarify language in the definition of net floor area, to correct an inconsistency in the percentage of affordable housing required in RA and RB districts and to ensure that there is clarity about the process used to approve divisions of land. 

The OSPCD Planning Division looks forward to working with your Board on this ordinance..
