To the Honorable Board:

I respectfully request that your Honorable Board vote to create the 270 Cedar Street LLC Stabilization Fund and accept ($1,000.00), under the provisions of Massachusetts General Law Chapter 40, Section 5B.  This mitigation payment will be used to purchase pedestrian safety and traffic control devices in the vicinity of 270 Cedar Street, Somerville, Mass.
