To the Honorable City Council:

The Mayor respectfully requests that this Council approve a 1.5 year lease for the Tufts Administration Building (TAB), located at 169 Holland Avenue in Somerville, Massachusetts. The lease term commences September 1, 2023 and ends February 28, 2025 or, if the Term of this Lease is extended in accordance with the provisions of Article XVIII, the last day of the Extension Term. The base rent for the space will be $105,338.67 per month, for a total of $1,264,064 per year.
