To the Honorable Board:

I respectfully request an appropriation of $41,000 from the Veterans Memorial and Founders Ice Rink Retained Earnings certified as of July 1, 2017 to the FY2019 Veterans Memorial and Founders Ice Rink Enterprise Fund Budget. This appropriation will serve as a budgeted subsidy to the FY 2019 Veterans Memorial Ice Rink Budget.
