That the Executive Director of the Office of Strategic Planning and Community Development (ISD) contact the owner of 197 Washington Street (the former Cota-Struzziero Funeral Home) and the owner of 237 Washington Street (the former Union Square Post Office) regarding the overgrowth and condition of their properties and direct that they be cleaned and maintained.
